Geological Services

Soar Environmental Consulting provides geological services including testing and determining soil characteristics, topographic settings for sites and surrounding areas, evaluating surface water run-off, determining impacts to surrounding streams and waterways, and documenting geological formations and hydrogeological gradients.

Experienced & Accurate Service

Our staff also perform ground water depth to shallow measurements, determine unconfined ground water seasonal variations and depth to soil/ bedrock interface analysis using site-ground water monitoring well datum, as well as field determinations of ground water depth and flow direction at a site.

Our staff have experience with Hazardous Materials and Hazardous Waste identification, monitoring, sampling and plume determination. Soar Environmental implements and manages all aspects of site remediation, environmental due diligence, cost and benefit analysis, and environmental program management. Our geological services include:

  • Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)

Soar Environmental Consulting has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in general conformance with the scope and limitation of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Preliminary Site Assessments E 1527-05 on multiple properties throughout California. While no initial site assessment can fully eliminate the uncertainty regarding the potential for recognized environmental conditions, the ASTM standard does cite the balance between appropriate levels of inquiry and the cost of such exhaustive investigations. Based on individual results, further investigation may be warranted.
